ETF Tapping
ETF tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques tapping, is a holistic health practice that involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on body sensations and emotions to alleviate stress, anxiety, and promote emotional well-being. It combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology techniques to restore balance and harmony within the body's energy system. Sessions can include: inner-child work, shadow/parts work, internal family systems, and eye-movements (emdr). We recommend multiple sessions to start.
